Expectations for our school uniform:
All our children are required to wear school uniform, which includes:

Usual school day:

• School navy blue sweatshirt/cardigan.
• White polo shirt
• Flat, comfortable, smart, black shoes
• Grey Trousers, shorts or skirt
• Navy checked summer dress (optional)

Please note that trainers are not part of school uniform but may be worn at break / lunchtime.  Sandals or Boots are not to be worn. Hair should be tied back if below shoulder length.  Decorative hairbands, nail varnish and makeup should not be worn.

Any child that is wearing incorrect uniform to school, the parent/carer will be informed by MCAS, email or text.

PE Days:

To be worn to school as uniform on designated PE days.

• Navy Tracksuit (Navy tracksuit bottoms and school jumper is optional instead)
• Navy blue shorts
• White polo shirt
• Trainers/Plimsolls

No watches or jewellery including earrings may be worn.

Place Your Order: Once you place your order, we get to work right away.

Order Blank Stock: We start by ordering the blank garments needed for your items.

Custom Embroidery: Next, we embroider the garments specially for you.

Average Turnaround Time: This whole process takes about 10 working days on average. Please note, the timescale may vary during peak times, such as school summer holidays.

Order Completion: When your order is ready, we'll send you an email to let you know. Depending on what you chose at checkout, your order will either be shipped to you or ready for you to pick up.

Try Before You Buy:
We strongly encourage parents to visit our store to try on items for the correct size before placing an order, or to check our size guide to ensure a proper fit. This helps ensure that you receive the best fit for your child.

Non-Personalized Garments:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered garments with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please ensure the items are in their original condition.

Personalized Garments:
Please note that any garments personalized with a child’s name, nickname, initials, or any other custom embroidery are non-refundable.

How to Return:
To return an item, please bring it to our store along with your receipt. Alternatively, you can mail the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned items. During peak times, such as the back-to-school season, please allow up to 28 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
